For almost thirty years, Central Carolina Technical College and the South Carolina Environmental Training Center (SCETC) have been dedicated to provide continuing education for water and wastewater operators in South Carolina and the Southeast. Our courses prepare operators for state certification exams and maintain their operator certification.
