Description
Collects and reconciles payroll records, keys actions for new hires, terms, and changes, processes payroll transactions, and issues payments in a timely manner. Documents and files. Updates system tables and manuals. Troubleshoots and resolves payroll problems. Works with employees, ILT, and other departments, and banks. Prepares reports, surveys, and responds to various requests.Qualifications
Associate degree with accounting related courses and two (2) years of accounting or bookkeeping experience; or high school diploma and four (4) years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.Preferred
Two or three years payroll experience. Experience with Sungard Banner Systems. Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).Salary
Hiring Range: $25,000 - $29,000Anticipated Start Date
